1. Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving the product.
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order ID/invoice) is required.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Products damaged due to misuse, incorrect installation, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.
- Custom-made or limited-edition products may not be returnable (will be specified on product page).
3. Refunds
- Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you about the status of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
- Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
4. Replacements
- If your product arrives defective or damaged, we will replace it at no extra cost.
- Customers must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product with photo/video proof.
5. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase before they are shipped.
- If your order has already been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled, but you may request a return after delivery.
